1 pound brussels sprouts
1 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut off the brown ends of the brussels sprouts and remove any discoloured leaves. If the brussel sprouts are larger, cut them in half lengthwise. Coat the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and
pepper. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Serve warm.
