Adapted from Martha Stewart, makes 2 liters
2 lemons, quartered
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup fresh mint leaves
4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into chunks1 liter sparkling water
In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth. Add watermelon, lemonade, mint, lemons and water to a large picture. Stir to combine.
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
